You hereby explicitly state and declare that, in the event that any action, claim or other judicial or administrative proceeding is filed against MOREAS S.A., deriving from the violation of any rights of third parties on your behalf, you shall intervene in the judicial or administrative procedure and fully compensate MOREAS S.A., in the event that the latter is forced to pay any compensation or other expense.
9. Governing Law.
The present TOS are governed by the Greek Law, the legislative provisions of European Union applicable to such Law and the International Treaties, and are interpreted according to the principles of good faith, the rules of good practice and the economic and social purpose of rights. Should any of the terms or provisions of the present TOS be declared void or voidable, the remaining terms shall remain unaffected, while the contracting parties shall make every effort, according to the aforementioned principles, in order to replace the void or voidable provisions with other terms, as similar as possible to the content of the void or voidable terms and provisions. Any dispute arising between the contracting parties, in relation to the interpretation or execution of the TOS or because of them, will be resolved by the Courts of Athens.
